Night of the Stars 2026 — Certificate Design
For the James and Patricia Anderson College of Engineering at Wayne State University
For the 2026 Night of the Stars hosted by the James and Patricia Anderson College of Engineering at Wayne State University, I designed the award certificates presented to distinguished alumni, Hall of Fame inductees, and faculty members recognized for outstanding research achievements and contributions within the engineering community.
The event welcomed more than 200 alumni, faculty, students, and friends to celebrate excellence and innovation across industries and academia. Inspired by Wayne State University’s signature green and gold colors, the certificate design combined elegant typography with subtle engineering-inspired gear illustrations to reflect both professionalism and the college’s technical identity.
The final design aimed to create a formal yet celebratory presentation piece that honored recipients while visually representing the spirit of research, innovation, and achievement.
